Employee Benefits
Jonathan Felt – (As written in
2002) - has focused exclusively on the development
of benefit enrollment systems for the last fifteen
years. Jonathan founded Online Benefits, Inc. in
1989 and served as partner until its acquisition
in 1993 by Abra Software where he served as Lead
Development Programmer for their employee benefit
administration module. Jonathan joined American
Menu in 1995, which later became
XyberNet, Inc
and served as Product Manager, Chief Technical
Officer and Director of Development for the
HealthFare product. The HealthFare product was
adopted by Blue Cross of California, Canada Life
Assurance Company, Blue Cross Blue Shield of
Vermont and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas as
the enrollment solution for small to large
employer groups. Since 1999, Jonathan’s focus has
been exclusively on creating a broker-centered
distribution model for employee benefit enrollment
primarily with his mentor Jerry Hawthorne (San
Diego) and the capable team at
BeneTrac.com.
Other important players after 2003 were Joe
Markland and Don Rowe at a consulting company
called
BenTechUSA.com. However, after November
2002, he was not a full time participant of the
amazing employee benefit world. It was time
to move on.

MS Access Application for a Stake Executive
Secretary (Click
Here For More)
StakeExecutive is software
dedicated to the strenuous needs of a Stake
Executive Secretary. The software is free of
charge. Stake Executive Secretaries usually have
the responsibility of tracking every issue (large
and small) that is the responsibility of his Stake
President (sometimes a Stake Clerk is involved
too). The details can be mind-boggling. A good
tracking and integrated workflow system is what's
needed!
